Email Domains

To support the use of our core application make sure the following email domains are allowed to deliver emails to your students and staff:

*albert.io
                *.sendgrid.com

Core Domains

To support the use of our application make sure the following domains are allowed on your machine and network: *albert.io After allowing the core domains above, refresh the page. If successful, you should not see any errors below.

Third Party Integrations

We integrate with several third parties to improve the interoperability of our application and deliver superior customer experiences. While the site will still function if you don't allow these, we strongly encourage allowing the following domains on your machine and network: *.googleapis.com *.intercom.io *.customer.io *.clever.com *.docsend.com

Google APIs

We use Google APIs for integrating with Google Sign In and Google Classroom.
Intercom

We use Intercom to communicate with teachers and provide on demand customer support via chat. We do not use Intercom to communicate with students.
Customer.io

We use Customer.io to communicate with teachers. We do not use Customer.io to communicate with students.
Clever

We use Clever APIs for integrating with Clever Single Sign On.
Docsend

We use Docsend to send teachers and administrators downloadable resources.
