How do I buy an Albert license?
Buying Albert is easy! Just talk to our team by clicking the buttons below or above, and we'll set up a time to connect. From there, you'll get a personalized demo and quote you can pay via credit card, check, or purchase order.
Are you a vendor with our district?
You can check by contacting your district. If we are not yet, send us an e-mail with any required forms. We'll complete them and send them back with a W-9.
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards, checks, or purchase orders. If you are sending a purchase order, e-mail schools@albert.io with your PO attached. For the fastest processing, we recommend paying orders under $500 via credit card. To do so, you'll need an invoice generated by our team which will give you a direct and secure link to process your payment.
How do I get a copy of your W-9?
After you talk with our team, we'll send you our W-9 for your purchasing department.
How soon can we get up and running?
We can have you ready to go as soon as the same day of payment or of receiving a PDF of an approved purchase order.
How do you calculate your prices?
We charge per student. The per student rate goes down for every 100 students. To get the best price for you, click the buttons above or below to talk to our team, or e-mail schools@albert.io.

How long do licenses last?
Our licenses run from July 1st to June 30th of each school year.
Do you offer any discounts or pro-rate?
We do not. This is because our licenses are already a fraction of our competitors to make Albert as affordable as possible. Schools save thousands by consolidating digital tools and using just Albert. If you believe you have a unique situation, please contact us at schools@albert.io. We don't want funding to be an obstacle to using Albert! If you're already using a digital tool, send us your contract with them and we'll match or beat it for your first year with us. That's how confident we are that you'll love Albert.
Do you provide refunds on licenses?
We do not provide refunds whether paid by credit card, check, or ACH. We require all of our clients to speak with a sales representative about pricing before receiving a quote or invoice for their license. Any concerns about pricing should be discussed with a sales representative before submitting payment or a purchase order.
